Work, interests, hobbies and travel

• Vicky is a human resources specialist. She is Past President of the Management Consultancies Association of Great Britain. In 2006 she became President of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Vicky is also a trustee of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and chairs the Resources Committee.

• Vicky's hobbies include travel, photography, reading and craft work. She produces designer knitwear, counted cross stitch, and quilting. She also enjoys mountain biking, which she has done since 1984.
